SOCIAL EVENTS & PLANNING

Are you a social butterfly? Do you love to plan events and make sure people have a good time?

We're looking for people to join the Social Events Planning Committee. Help to plan and host various social events including our Easter Egg Hunt, End-of-Summer Block Party and more. If you're interested in helping us out with this, please let us know!

ARCHITECTURE & LANDSCAPING

The Architecture and Landscaping Review Committee (ALRC) reviews and approves applications for exterior changes. The Committee helps to ensure that alterations and additions follow all guidelines and by-laws. They also keep the neighborhood beautiful by making sure that any new structures are in keeping with the existing architecture. If you are interested in helping, please email us today!

THE FINE APPEALS COMMITTEE

Residents who have been fined by the Board of Directors for a violation of the Community’s by-laws can appeal the decision to the Fine Appeals Committee. Members of the committee meet regularly in-person to hear appeals and are empowered to vacate or alter fines levied by the Board as circumstances warrant. In helping to enforce the by-laws of our community, the Fine Appeals Committee plays an important role in preserving the safety, security, and beauty of our community. Regulations prohibit current Board Members or those residing in the same home as a current Board Member from serving on this committee. If you are interested in serving on this important committee, please email us today!

WELCOMING COMMITTEE

Do you enjoy meeting new people and making others feel welcome? If so, then consider joining the Welcoming Committee. Committee members help to build a sense of community by greeting new residents, helping them to feel welcome and providing them with helpful resources and important information about our community.

BOARD

As a member of the Board of Directors you play an important role in managing the HOA.

The board determines the amount of the HOA fees and how they are spent. The board has to set priorities for their allocation. This includes major capital expenses, smaller expenses, and routine maintenance.

Board members also work to ensure that by-laws are followed. As a board member, you're responsible for seeing that these rules are enforced fairly and consistently across the community.

Members may also serve on or chair various committees. If you are interested in joining our board, please email today.
